What can do Kyocera DuraForce you may ask yourself… Well here you go with the enumeration of all the characteristics of this device. Which can be bought for 49.99 dollars, for example, with a two year deal contract!
Characteristics
It measures 5.39 by 2.78 by 0.55 inches (HWD), has a weight of 200 grams and a 4.5 inch touchscreen with 720p LCD, bright and sharp as of appearance. The DuraForce can connect to AT&T's 3G GSM/UMTS (850/900/1800/1900/2100MHz) and 4G LTE (Bands 1, 2, 4, 5, 7, and 17) networks, which covers the full range of AT&T's nationwide network. A short presentation to be honest, but we think it is enough for you to figure of what is capable this Kyocera model. Now, let’s go to the performance it can achieve with all these characteristics.
Procesor and battery
The performances are, of course, conditioned by the operating system incorporated and we must say that this is a Qualcomm Snapdragon 400 SoC, of 1.4GHz. So, they seem quite good especially if we put this capacity together with the battery’s quality. If you want to go somewhere for more hours and don’t have a charger you can bet this Kyocera is quite suitable, as in a life battery test with a YouTube video over LTE with screen brightness set to maximum, the DuraForce lasted for an impressive six hours and six minutes.
Memory
To sum up, let’s also give out a few words about its storage capacity which is of 16GB, from which 11.2GB available out of the box, but it can be expanded with microSD cards up to 32GB, so you don’t have to worry from this point of view if you are thinking of this memory. Also, speaking about the rear camera, we should say it isn’t the greates on the market, but considering the 8-megapixels you should know that your pictures will be quite satisfying in many conditions.
