T-Mobile’s intention of becoming the third cell phone carrier from the United State in front of Sprint Mobile. However, this situation might be harder than expected for the German based company. Apart from the fact that they didn’t manage to surpass Sprint in 2014 despite the growth, now some promotions, aimed directly on T-Mobile may make things even tougher. This is because the amount of money Sprint offers T-Mobile’s customers.
200 dollars credit, up to 350 dollars for paying fees
To be more precise, Sprint offers people who want to switch from T-Mobile 200 dollars in credit which, to be honest, might look like a great deal. Still, this isn’t all, because, of course, if you want to leave a carrier with which you have a contact you have to pay a fee to end it. Because of this, Sprint offers up to 350 dollars a month for those customers to ensure them that no problems appear with their switch. However, you will have to initially pay the money for ending the contract and after, Sprint will give you the total amount necessary to recover the investment.
Sprint lost customers
Sprint had a lot of problems with customer loss in recent years, even though such policies are very often launched by the company. Let us see how this offer made by the company will be received by the customers. The ones from Sprint, of course.
