Not only the big four have problems with the low in the United States because the way they treated their customers. Now it’s the turn of Tracfone and also its subsidiary brands like Net10, Straight Talk, Simple Mobile and Telcel America which are accused of deceiving their customers and this way are now obliged by the Federal Trade Commission to pay a lot of money back, around 40 million dollars!

Services between 2009 and 2013

We are talking about finances that they have to return for services between 2009 and 2013 at least which they have promised but didn’t offered to their customers, as reports claim. It looks like the main idea is that the companies promised some certain data plans, un limited more precise and charged them like this were so, but offered instead throttled data which started from between 1 GB and 3 GB and were shut down, without any fundament when the traffic reached 4 or 5 full GB of used data.

40 million dollars!

Now customers will get back their piece from the total of 40 million dollars without mattering if they know for sure or not if they have been deceived. If they used any unlimited data plan from one of the companies mentioned above they can fill a complaint and found out if things were wrong or not and if they have something to take back from their providers.
