Jolt Mobile surprised its customers by moving from one big network to another in quite a short and unexpected time. Initially an AT&T MVNO, Jolt Mobile uses now the smaller but also cheaper network of T-Mobile. The switch took place a few days ago, fact because of which many customers from this provider may have some big surprise. All because of the modified plans, of course. Some are in their advantage, but some or not as far as we can see.
Changes because of the change
For example, PayGo options suffered some unexpected moves at some point. For example, texts have decreased from 0.10 dollars per each piece at 0.05 dollars which obviously mean a half. Meanwhile, the price of data has increased from 0.066 dollars per each MB used to 0.10 dollars, fact that means the service raise with 50 percent. Also, top-up expiration dates have been modified, as following: Initially, the 10 dollars plan expired in 90 days, while the 20 dollars one in 120 days. Now, the 25 dollars plan expires in 60 days, the 50 dollars plan 180 days and the 100 dollars plan in 365 days, meaning a year.
Let us know
I don’t know how these changes are welcomed by Jolt Mobile customers, but it is better for us and for people using this service if you can express here an opinion regarding the new type of services in the case you got any chance to use the T-Mobile network.
